Who We Are

Fire Candy Catering & Events is a Coxsackie-based hospitality company specializing in elevated, food-driven events throughout the Hudson Valley and Capital Region. Founded by Jarrett and Jocelyn Lane, Fire Candy has earned a strong reputation in the regional wedding and private events market for its thoughtful approach to cuisine, service, and guest experience.

 

Widely recognized for some of the most creative, abundant, and memorable wedding cuisine in the region, Fire Candy is known for menus that are as visually impressive as they are deeply satisfying, setting a high bar for culinary experiences at both intimate gatherings and large-scale celebrations.

 

The Lanes bring decades of hospitality experience, having owned and operated several successful ventures including The Cask and Rasher, Storm King, and Memphis Hustle BBQ. Their work has been recognized locally and regionally, including being named Small Business of the Year in 2020 for their innovative and community-focused response during the COVID-19 pandemic, which included expanded takeout offerings and essential grocery packages.

 

Deeply rooted in the community, Fire Candy regularly partners with local organizations to host fundraisers and special events, reflecting an ongoing commitment to service, adaptability, and connection.
